Our office visits range from $110-$170 based on complexity.
Initial hormone consultations are $140.
Initial weight loss consultations are $140.
These fees do not include the cost of lab work, procedures, or medications.
Same-day visits are rarely available and we do not currently take walk-ins at this time. Due to the popularity of our wellness services, we do not leave openings in the schedule for sick visits. We do see sick patients, but we just may not have same-day availability. If you are in need of immediate attention, please call the office first. If we can not accommodate a same-day visit, we will likely refer you to an urgent care facility for evaluation.
Options range from traditional prescription medications available through retail pharmacies (phentermine, Qysmia, Contrave, Wegovy, Zepbound) to specialty medications available through compounding pharmacies (semaglutide, tirzepatide). We also offer vitamin injections that can be paired with prescription medications to boost energy and metabolism and help burn fat. All options are discussed in detail at your consultation. Not all medications are right for all patients, which is why we take the time to discuss further during the consultation.
For this information, we offer FREE consultations so that we can do an evaluation of each patient's health history, concerns, symptoms, and goals. With that information, we can develop an individualized treatment plan and discuss pricing at that time. Not every patient will experience the same treatment plan, which is why we cannot give a specific price on our public platforms or over the phone. Please schedule that FREE consultation for more information and specific details regarding a treatment plan customized to your needs!
We do. However, there are some caveats to be aware of.
First, anytime you need a refill of a controlled substance medication, an office visit is required.
Second, we do not do pain management and are not able to prescribe narcotic pain medications such as hydrocodone.
Third, for benzodiazepines, such as alprazolam (Xanax), clonazepam (Klonopin), lorazepam (Ativan), etc., we will supply a 30-day prescription at a time without refills. We advise and prefer that this medication be managed by a psychiatrist and can refer you to consult with one if you do not yet have one.
We can certainly evaluate this condition and discuss potential causes of ADHD. While our provider cannot prescribe commonly used medications, such as Adderall, we can discuss and offer other alternatives. If you seek Adderall or a similar medication, you must be seen by a physician who offers these services.
We do. At this time, there is a $25 fee if you no-call, no-show your appointment. This is because often times, we are turning patients away due to a full schedule. If you no-call, no -show, you have taken away an appointment that another patient could have had. We ask that you help us out by calling to cancel or showing up to your scheduled appointment.
Our providers and clinic are credentialed as "in-network" with United Healthcare. However, the majority of our claims are being processed as "out-of-network" and we are not sure why at this time. We are working with our credentialing team to solve this problem. For now, we want our patients with United Healthcare to understand you can self-pay for your office visits or your insurance claim may be processed as out-of-network at higher rates until we come up with a solution. We apologize for the inconvenience.
